In order to extend the operating life of three-phase interleaved Buck converter, reduce the switching time of MOSFET and achieve inductor current equalization, this paper proposes a new control strategy, adopting the design of dynamic rotating conduction of switching tubes. Combining the dynamic rotating strategy with the double closed-loop strategy of independent control of current inner loop, the switching time is reduced by combining the dynamic rotating strategy with the independent control of the current inner loop, the number of switching is reduced by 16.7% compared with the traditional strategy, and also the inductor current equalization error is decreased to 3%. There are few relative studies on extending the operating life of MOSFETs and three-phase interleaved Buck converters from the perspective of power electronic control strategies. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the present design are verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform.
