In this work, Finite-Difference Time-Domain method (FDTD) is combined with the relativistic principle to investigate and analyze the electromagnetic (EM) transmission characteristics of EM waves through a 1-D high-speed moving plasma plate target. First, the EM characteristic parameters of the moving plasma are established based on the Lorentz transform. Second, the transmission and reflection coefficients of EM waves through the moving plasma target are calculated based on the proposed EM model of moving plasma and the Lorentz-FDTD algorithm. The research results show that the reflection and transmission properties of EM waves through the moving plasma will change significantly when the target is at different velocities.
