This letter proposed an adjustable uniformity compensation driver for active micro-LED array with MOS capacitor. A PMOS as the energy storage capacitor for $10\mu \mathrm{m}\times 10\mu \mathrm{m}$ pixel driving circuit, increasing the capacitance to get better driving accuracy. A 7-bit resistor DAC as the all columns shared uniformity compensation driver to match the high frame rate. Additional 4-bit current source for DAC makes the driving voltage range adjustable. This circuit is designed in SMIC $0.18\mu \mathrm{m}$ CMOS process. The simulation results show that the drive settling time is less than 10ns, and the drive voltage compensation accuracy reaches 1mV, which can meet the drive requirement of 30k frames per second for $1024\times 1024$ micro-LED pixels with a pixel drive circuit area of $10\mu \mathrm{m}\times 10\mu \mathrm{m}$.
