The current relay protection resource configuration system has the following disadvantages: complex interface operation, low serial development efficiency and imperfect function. This paper provides a user-friendly interface, a parallel development mode of software and hardware, and a design scheme of complete configuration function. The system provides a simple and easy to understand visual interface, which can ensure that users can quickly, correctly and friendly complete the configuration of software and hardware resource files of relay protection devices. The system provides a solution to separate software features from hardware features, which can promote the improvement of development efficiency. The system supports the resource configuration of each link of relay protection, such as hardware feature configuration, software feature configuration, protection logic view configuration and overall configuration of each module. The practice results show that the system will greatly improve the development efficiency of resource configuration file, shorten the development cycle, reduce the development labor cost and reduce the maintenance cost of resource file. At the same time, the system is suitable for developing and using relay protection device resource configuration files for all levels of power users.
