The electric power grid will be the key regulated industry to achieve the goal of peaking carbon dioxide emissions (PCDE) and carbon neutrality (CN) is proposed. Meanwhile, photovoltaic and other distributed generation (DG) increase rapidly, hybrid AC/DC distribution network (DN) has been brought to the fore. In order to promote the operation optimization scheme of hybrid AC/DC DN in practical situations, the optimal scheduling architecture of hybrid AC/DC DN is analyzed first in this paper. A multi-objective and multi-constraint economic optimal model is established then. In this model, the impact of future PCDE and CN policy on the interests of power grid companies is considered, and the algorithm for resolving this model is improved. To enhance the accuracy of the results, receding horizon control (RHC) algorithm is used to optimal intra-day optimization rolling optimization, in each process, the real-time power value will be updated, which can correct the result and can enhance accuracy of strategy. Finally, a medium-voltage hybrid AC/DC DN was used to testify the results, which proves that the proposed method can decrease the operation cost of the power grid obviously, further improve the DG consumption rate.
