Through the performance analysis and optimal design of the first stage turbine rotor blade of 130MW class gas turbine, the material properties and manufacturing process difficulties of the components are clarified, and the technical specifications of component forming, and precision machining are formulated to realize the independent design and development capability of new products. By integrating the molding and precision machining resources of the gas turbine components in China, developing the molding and precision machining technology of the first-level rotor blades, completing the independent manufacturing of the first batch of samples, and preliminarily establishing the manufacturing industry chain of the high-temperature gas turbine components. In the process of component design and manufacturing, design verification, process certification and quality assessment of key processing links should be carried out, and a supervision system for the whole process of component design and manufacturing should be established to provide technical support for the independent design and manufacturing of gas turbine components.
