With the continuous development and widespread application of BDT, BDT has penetrated into various fields of industry and even the production life of the whole society. With the in-depth application of big data technology (BDT), the business process of collecting, processing, storing, mining and analyzing data has a significant impact, thus forming the business process management field such as data management and data application. As an important carrier for the development of China's high-speed railways (HSR) and an important part of the construction of a strong transportation country and the synchronous development strategy of the “Four Modernisations”, HSRs are of great importance to the healthy development of China's high-speed rail industry. As one of the important elements in the construction of a strong transportation nation and the “Four Modernizations” synchronous development strategy, HSR operation data is of great significance to the healthy development of China's HSR industry. This paper collects, processes, analyses and mines HSR operation data and establishes an analysis system for HSR operation safety laws using relevant technologies to realise the data application in the collection, storage and analysis of data from different scenarios in HSR operation safety management work. Based on this technology, a BD analysis and processing system based on a combination of machine learning models and artificial intelligence algorithms is established and a BD analysis system based on this system is built and applied to the safety management of HSR operations.
