Aiming at the problem of power quality analysis of high-speed railway users, in order to solve the differentiated service of high-speed railway users’ power quality, this paper proposes to use portrait technology to realize the power quality analysis of high-speed railway users. Firstly, the mixed user data are grouped by clustering algorithm, and the power quality index data of high-speed rail users are obtained through data processing, and then the power quality characteristic tag system of high-speed rail load is constructed. Secondly, based on the integrated neural network algorithm, identify the high-speed railway power quality indicators, depict the user characteristics, and realize the high-speed railway user portrait. Finally, ID3 algorithm is used to verify the accuracy of the high-speed rail load mapped by the integrated neural network. The application data is the field measured data, which verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed scheme.
