An edge cloud intelligent platform (ECIP) which integrates Multi-access Edge Computing (MEC) and RAN Intelligent Controller (RIC) platform is proposed in this paper, it takes advantage of edge cloud computing capacity and the ability of intelligent optimization on radio access network to support KPI awareness service for SLA assurance. The functional and software architectures of the ECIP is introduced in this paper with emphasis on machine learning mechanism. Furthermore, QoE management use case is demonstrated on ECIP to show the collaborative working process between application and different platform services and the result validates the solution's feasibility and advancement.
