Phase compensation is a crucial step to improve the quality of THz-ISAR imaging. A new adaptive phase compensation algorithm based on image entropy is thus proposed. Newton method is utilized in this algorithm to improve the iterative efficiency. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified based on the measured data of terahertz radar imaging of corner reflector. Results show that the phase error is significantly reduced, thus a well-focused image is obtained with the irrelevant fake points being eliminated.
