An ultrathin, 28/38 GHz dual-band orthogonally polarized Huygens' meta-lens antenna is proposed. The size of designed meta-lens is $139.2\times 139.2\ \text{mm}^{2}$ with $29\times 29$ units at 28GHz and $28\times 28$ units at 38GHz. The simulated 3-dB gain bandwidth is 26.86~29 GHz or 7.6 % at 28 GHz, and 35.69~38.9 GHz or 8.4 % at 38 GHz. The simulated dual-band maximum gains are 30.06dBi at 27.9 GHz and 32.2 dBi at 37.8 GHz, resulting in an aperture efficiency of 47.75% at 27.9 GHz and 42.6% at 37.8 GHz.
