This paper is about new physical and logical models of detection technology and the controller of new platelet analyzer. A physical model which is composed of a single optical detector and a rotary sample disk is proposed to avoid the high cost of adding more detectors for improving the efficiency of the analyzer. The principle of optical projection turbidimetric detection is used to design a motion detection model which is made to reduce the average detection time of samples. Realtime operation system on microcontroller is used to schedule multi-thread tasks and promise strong real-time performance. The experimental results verified the feasibility of the above three solutions.
