In this paper, A periodic plate is formed by introducing the cement-based piezoelectric composite material. To investigate the impact of holes in composite plate, some holes are added to the plate. The finite element method is used to calculate the dispersion curves. The impacts of geometric and material factors on the band gap are contrasted and investigated. The results reveal that a low-frequency band gap may be achieved by using the proper geometric parameters and materials, and more broader band gap can be obtained by altering the density of cement-based piezoelectric composite material. The band gap can also be affected by the magnitude of the holes.
