The effective fixation of overhead wires is usually threatened by pole expansion, terrain change, wind pulling and other factors, there is a risk of wire shedding, and it is very easy to ground the wire, which causes great danger to people's safety and the stable operation of the power grid. In order to create safe and stable operating conditions for the power grid and reduce the hazards and losses caused by disconnections, this paper investigates an integrated overhead line fixing device to address the disadvantages of the traditional aluminum tie wire fixing method, which is tedious, requires high skills of the installer and is prone to strand breakage and thus leads to wire disconnection. This solution is easy to operate, the operator site process requirements are reduced and the fixing effect is greatly improved. This paper designs an integrated overhead wire fixing device, the device will be tightly pressed wire, self-locking belt around the porcelain cross-arms through the belt hole can be effectively fixed, largely reducing the difficulty of construction, saving operating time, largely reducing the efficiency of construction leads to further losses, reducing the rate of wire shedding, thereby reducing the incidence of faults, providing a strong guarantee for the safe operation of the power grid.
