Given the lack of collection means of foot pressure equipment in the whole process of freestyle aerials skiing, this paper develops a flexible force-sensitive offline pressure storage insole based on the design concept of wearable data collection. According to the biomechanical characteristics of freestyle aerials skier, ADC acquisition circuit and offline data storage circuit based on STM32F105 as the control chip is designed; biomechanical data of the plantar were collected under static standing and walking conditions to analyze the force bearing area and biomechanical characteristics of the plantar. The wearable offline pressure storage insole meets the functional requirements, provides a reliable means for the follow-up theory, and can interpret freestyle skiing aerial.
