This paper proposes a temperature compensation means to improve the problem that the DC substituted power measurement of the thermistor-type power sensor is easily affected by the ambient temperature. The algorithm can perform temperature compensation for the working thermistor in terms of voltage and power. In the laboratory environment within $\pm 0.3^{\circ}\mathrm{C}$ temperature variation, the algorithm can reduce the fluctuation of the initial DC bias power from 0.89mW to $0.002\text{mW}$, which greatly improves the measurement accuracy.
