A new dual-polarization corrugated horn antenna operating in Ka-band is proposed in this paper. It consists of corrugated horn, mode converter and dual-polarization ortho-mode transducer (OMT). The corrugated horn uses only six axial slots to produce a symmetrical radiation pattern. The OMT uses a double-ridge waveguide structure and is fed by a standard WR-28 waveguide. The simulation and measurement results show that the horn antenna covering 24–50 GHz has the characteristics of VSWR is less than 2, isolation is better than 40 dB.
