In recent years, in the rail transit industry, new technologies represented by fully automatic operation have been emerging one after another, and various new systems and products have been emerging [1]; Users' demand for refined and intelligent operation and maintenance become stronger; If the failure of platform door system during operation cannot be recovered in time, it will have a great impact on the operation. On the other hand, as an important control component of the existing platform door system, door control unit (DCU) has many different options, but also has many problems in operation and maintenance, such as opaque operation information, difficulty in fault location [2], and the maintainability of the system seriously depends on the technical level of the operation and maintenance personnel. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes an intelligent platform door control unit solution, which configures a human-computer interface on the DCU, improves the visual accuracy of operation and maintenance to a single unit of platform doors, achieves the real-time display of equipment status information, fault information, and health information, and provides equipment real-time maintenance strategies in combination with expert maintenance experiences and intelligent analysis to reduce the dependence of equipment operations and maintenances on personal professional level, and improve equipment maintainability
