Objective To investigate the value of preoperative CT evaluation of extramural vascular invasion in evaluating the prognosis of gastric cancer patients. Methods The patients who underwent gastrectomy in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled as subjects, and preoperative CT examination was performed to evaluate extramural vascular invasion. The patients were followed up after surgery to observe overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS); the K-M curve and the log-rank test were used to analyze the association of extramural vascular invasion with OS and DFS, and the COX regression model was used to investigate the influencing factors for OS and DFS.
