目的 探讨氟尿嘧啶对胃癌患者腹腔镜手术后CA19-9、CA242、VEGF、CRP、MMP-2、MMP-9以及CEA水平的影响.方法 选取2015年5月-2018年5月我院收治的胃癌患者128例,按照数字表法将患者随机分为两组,对照组应用腹腔镜手术进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上植入氟尿嘧啶缓释剂治疗.结果 观察组CA242、CA19-9、CEA、VEGF、CRP、MMP-2、MMP-9水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 腹腔镜手术联合氟尿嘧啶缓释剂植入可有效降低胃癌患者血清肿瘤标志物和内皮生长因子水平,促进患者康复,值得临床进一步推广应用.
Objective To explore the effects of fluorouracil on the levels of CA19-9, CA242, VEGF, CRP, MMP-2, MMP-9 and CEA of gastric cancer patients after laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 128 cases of gastric cancer admitted to our hospital between May 2015 and May 2018 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by laparoscopic surgery, while the observation group was added with fluorouracil sustained release agent. Detect the levels of CA19-9, CA242, VEGF, CRP, MMP-2, MMP-9 and CEA, and compare the incidence of complications between the two groups. Results The levels of CA242, CA19-9 and CEA in the observation group were lower than in the control group (P<0.05). At the same time, the VEGF and CRP levels were lower in the observa-tion group than in the control group (P<0.05), so were the MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels (P<0.05). No differences were found in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of gastric cancer patients, fluorouracil sustained-release agent implanted by laparoscopy could decrease the levels of tumor-related markers and increase the levels of endothelial growth factors. It could improve the recovery for patients, so it should be widely used in clinic.
