本文通过对乙酰丙酮分光光度法、AHMT分光光度法和酚试剂分光光度法这三种方法进行实验原理、检出限、可操作性、优缺点、标准曲线及标准样品结果的对比,发现:酚试剂分光光度法反应历程较为简单,最低检出浓度为0.01 mg/m3,可操行性强,相比其它两种方法综合适用性更好,且相对误差在允许范围内.所以酚试剂分光光度法较适合用于室内甲醛的检测.
Three methods for determination of indoor formaldehyde, the Acetylacetone Spectrophotometry, AHMT spectrophotometry and MBTH spectrophotometry, were compared in the experimental principle, detection limit, feasibility, advantages and disadvantages, standard curve and standard sample results. The results show that the MBTH method was more suitable for indoor formaldehyde detection with more simple reaction process, strong operability, the lowest detection limit of 0.01mg/m3, and the relative error of this method could be accepted within the allowable range. Therefore, MBTH spectrophotometry was more suitable for indoor formaldehyde detection.
