管道的柔性反映管道变形的难易程度。管道在设计条件下工作时,若柔性考虑不合理,会产生局部应力过大、泄漏或破坏等影响正常运行的情况。管道的柔性就是管道通过自身变形吸收因温度变化产生位移或其他原因所产生位移能力,保证管道应力在材料许用应力范围内。管道的应力主要由于管道承受内压力和外部荷载以及热膨胀而引起的,管道在这些荷载的作用下具有相当复杂的应力状态。目前工业管道系统静应力分析基本方法有近似计算法、图表法、计算机辅助分析法。从生产实际入手,针对某蒸汽管道改造项目过程中遇到的实际问题及解决方法,提出了对蒸汽管道设计的一般方法。
The flexibility of pipeline reflects the degree of difficulty of deformation. If the consideration of flexibility is not reasonable, pipeline will produce too large local stress to cause leakage or destruction, which will affect the normal operation under the design conditions. The flexibility of pipeline is the capacity to deform by itself for absorbing displacement due to temperature change and other reasons, to ensure the pipeline stress in the range of allowable stress. Pipeline stress is mainly due to the pressure in the pipeline, external load and thermal expansion, Pipeline has a quite complex stress state in the action of load. Basic methods of static stress analysis of industrial pipeline system include approximate calculation method, diagram method and computer-aided analysis method. In this paper, problems in actual renovation project of a steam pipeline were analyzed, and solutions were put forward, general method of steam pipeline design was proposed.
