Quantitative activity prediction for a series of Adenosine derivatives are revealed by ?Electron Conformational? EC method.Quantitative activite can calculate as a function of Pha, APS groups that decrease the activity and AG groups that increase the activity with this method and this method conduce to explain of the model of biological interaction of the molecule. The main features of this method is that in addition to revealing the activity by Pha groups, explains activity as set of atomic electronic features, superimposing in a special geometry and explains to 3D structure-activity relationship. This method allows for prediction of the parameters of the Pha, APS groups that decrease the activity and AG groups that increase the activity and offers a significant advance both in the understanding the model of biological interaction of the molecule and in the predicting its activity. In this study conformational analysis, electronic structure calculations and matrix comparisons are performed for the 21 Adenosine series. ETMC was prepared for each of these two series. ECSA was prepared in ESCP in order to determine Pha group. While N1, C2, N4, C7 and C4 atoms of Pha group are present in series. Parametres was prepared in EMRE V1.2 programme which was formatted in Delphi Programme by depending on Pha atoms. The activity calculation was made by using prepared parameter in Matlab programme by englaying genetic algoritma optimization. We that saw it was confirmed that the theorical results. The best result in Adenosine series was found by using A11 compounds as referance with 18 kappa level and R2 value was calculated as 1.0000 147
