Bu çalışmada Astragalus acmophyllus cinsi önce farklı polaritedeki çözgenlerle (n-hegzan, diklorometan, metanol) ekstrakte edilerek ekstreler elde edilmiş ve metanol ekstresi suda çözülüp partisyon yapılarak zengin n-butanol fraksiyonu elde edilmiştir. Diklorometan ve n-Butanol ekstreleri farklı dolgu maddeleri kullanılan (silikajel, RP-18, sephadex) açık kolon kromatografisi ile saflandırılarak iki bileşik saf olarak izole edilmiş ve NMR kullanılarak yapıları 3β,6α,16β,25-tetrahidroksi-20(R),24(S)-epoksisikloartan (OO-1) ve 3β-hidroksi-olean-12-en-28-O-β-D-glukopiranozil (OO-2) olarak belirlenmiştir.
In this study, the phytochemical investigation of Astragalus acmophyllus species that grow in Turkey was performed. Plant material was firstly extracted by different solvents (n-hexane, dichloromethane, methanol) then methanol extract was dissolved in water and partitioned in order to obtained n-butanol fraction. Dichloromethane, n-butanol fraction was purified by open column chromatography over silica gel, RP-18 and sephadex and two pure compounds were obtained. The structural elucidations of isolated compounds were done by NMR and their structures were found as 3β,6α,16β,25-tetrahydroxy-20(R),24(S)-epoxycycloartane (OO-1) ve 3β-hydroxy-olean-12-ene-28-O-β-D-glucopyranozid (OO-2).
