Ethnics of Turkish have lived in Indonesia and contributed to the development of good governance through their participation and fulfillment of fundamental rights. Since long time ago, some Ethnic Turkish lived in Indonesia, even before Indonesia got its independence and the history of the both Islamic empire relationship shared meaningful space and time. Participation of Turkish descents in Indonesia through the development of social organization is quite effective in influencing public policy process. The fulfillment of the fundamental rights of the state is executed quite well, although some records still show some problems in several fields. However, an outline of the main fulfillment of fundamental rights such as rights to education and rights to assembly are guaranteed by good governance.
