This study aims to fill this gap by investigating the prevalence of burnout among medical students in six sub-Saharan Africa medical schools in Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone and Uganda. It will focus on understanding how socio-cultural conditions may affect burnout levels and explore the relationship between burnout and motivation.
