The article presents a case study of a 26-year-old man is a right hand dominant member of the U.S. Navy, who sustained a right shoulder injury while negotiating a water barrier on an obstacle course. It mentions about the difficulty involved in identifying clinically the diagnoses of the biceps tendon and imaging is not as trustworthy as further conditions within the shoulder. It also provides with the clinical images demonstrating the procedure related to arthroscopic view.
