The article presents a study which examined the crystalline morphologies and nonisothermal crystallization behavior of poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS) blends with polyamide 66 (PA66). In this study, poly(ethylene-stat-methacrylate) (EMA) was added to the PA66/PPS blends to enhance their interfacial interaction. The study determined the nonisothermal crystallization behavior of PPS and its blend with PA66 in a nitrogen atmosphere with a Perkin Elmer Diamond differential scanning calorimeter.
