The article presents a case study of a 64-year-old woman with a 3-week history of vaginal bleeding and increasing breathlessness. Wegener's granulomatosis(WG) is a rare chronic, relapsing, systematic necrotising vasculitis with granulomatous inflammation and pauci-immune vasculitis that affects upper respiratory tract and kidneys. Clinical diagnoses reveal the presence of cervical cancer that is supported by upper airway diseases and increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate.
