The article presents a case study of a man who suffered from Asperger's syndrome. His behaviors during his childhood are described including his tendency to hate a change in his environment and his interests in chemistry and electronics. When he was 16, he was referred to a Child Guidance Clinic because of his refusal to go to school and his peculiar speech and ill-coordinated movements. Later, he developed violence when he stabbed a girl with a screwdriver because of his jealousy that she owned a car. The authors explain that this patient illustrates a number of features typical of adults with autistic syndrome.
