In this paper, Ti–5.4Al–4.1Mo–5V–3Cr–1Zr was studied by the secondary processing method of equal channel angular extrusion and heat treatment. Different heat treatment processes were adopted, including 820/880°C solution-580°C aging, 820/880°C solution-ECAP-580°Caging, ECAP-820/880°C solid solution –580°C aging. The oxidation characteristics of thealloy were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), optical microscopy (OM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The overall anti-oxidation performance is solid solution-ECAP-aging > ECAP-solid solution-aging > solid solution-aging. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
