The article discusses a case study which describes the Ombimindwaa Gidinawemaaganinaadog Red Lake Family and Children Sevices, an agency committed to an approach to service delivery that is grounded in cultural values and guided by a commitment to preserve American Indian families, particularly its services for prenatal substance exposure (PSE). Cited are the data collection efforts and the recommendations for supporting and improving work done by tribal child welfare programs to address PSE.
