To the Editor: Castleman's disease was first reported by Castleman et al.[1] in 1954 and determined to be an uncommon lymphoproliferative disorder. Retroperitoneal Castleman's disease is rare.[2] Retroperitoneal Castleman's disease is often misdiagnosed as retroperitoneal neuroendocrine tumor because of the lack of specific clinical symptoms and imaging findings.
