In order to be intentional about transformation, Simon Matthews, executive principal of Chairo Christian School, shares in this piece the development of the community's Wellbeing Framework. Simon explains how the model presents the articulation of what wellbeing means in the life of a student for the collective school community. The Wellbeing Framework is presented in diagrammatic form on the following pages, outlining the five domains, in line with a biblical understanding of human flourishing. Chairo Christian School is situated over five campuses on the rural eastern outskirts of Melbourne, Victoria. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
