The EtOAc extract (70 g) was subjected to CC (silica gel, petroleum ether-EtOAc, 50:1->0:1), to afford seven fractions on the basis of TLC analysis, whereby fraction 2 (3 g) was separated on Sephadex LH-20 with CHCl SB 3 sb -MeOH (3:2) to get two subfractions (2.1-2.2). Fraction 5 (5.5 g) was separated on Sephadex LH-20 with CHCl SB 3 sb -MeOH (3:2), silica gel column with petroleum ether-EtOAc (20:1->0:1), and then further purified by semipreparative HPLC (Eclipse XDB-C SB 18 sb column, 9.4 × 250 mm, 5 m, flow rate 3 mL/min, UV 254 nm) with CH SB 3 sb OH-H SB 2 sb O (65:35) to yield B 5 b (6 mg), B 10 b (4.3 mg), and B 11 b (3.0 mg). Subfraction 4.2 (2.7 g) was separated on a silica gel column using a gradient solvent petroleum ether-EtOAc (20:1->0:1) to obtain six subfractions (4.2.1-4.2.6). Fraction 6 (5.9 g) was subjected to silica gel column, eluting with petroleum ether-EtOAc (15:1->0:1), and then purified by semipreparative HPLC with CH SB 3 sb OH-H SB 2 sb O (55:45) to yield B 3 b (4.5 mg), B 4 b (3.5 mg), and B 6 b (8 mg).
