The article describes the cases of six-week old, premature male and female twin infants with severe COVID-19 pneumonia who were treated with tocilizumab and remdesivir. The patients had blood, urine and cerebrospinal fluid cultures and were observed for hypoxic respiratory failure and pulmonary presentation. The twins showed improvements after treatment with dexamethasone and remdesivir and were extubated.
