The article presents the case of a 79-year-old man who was diagnosed with T2N2bM0 squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) to discuss a unique application of linear endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) bronchoscope for supraglottic biopsy of a locally recurring laryngeal SCC. Also cited is the recommendation by a multidisciplinary tumor board for him to undergo total laryngectomy with neck dissection rather than palliative chemotherapy.
