Parapsoriasis is a group of uncommon dermatoses characterized by erythematous patches of variable sizes with acute and chronic variants which seem to be resistant to treatment.1 Parapsoriasis is thought to be of T-cell origin which tends to overlap or coexist with other clonal T-cell-related pathologies like mycosis fungoides.1,2 Cold plasma is a relatively new treatment (started in the mid-1990s) and is used in a variety of areas, including wound healing, cancer treatment, and the inactivation of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, such as MRSA and clostridium difficile.3 This report presents a successful treatment of recalcitrant parapsoriasis with the application of cold plasma.
