The article presents a case of a 78-year-old man who was rushed to a hospital due to gangrene in his fingers for a month to discuss dry gangrene in cold agglutinin syndrome. Also cited are the main clinical symptoms of said syndrome like anaemia, cold-induced acrocyanosis and gangrene. He was placed in a warm ward and was treated with methylprednisolone.
