The article presents the discussion on cultural factors shaping Black women and men's standpoint by establishing group-based norms and expectations around benevolently sexist behavior. Topics include examining race-gender group differences in the endorsement of benevolent sexism; and contributing to a better organizational climate and potentially mitigating the risk for more egregious forms of genderbased mistreatment.
