Spring Web MVC is a request-driven Web framework also designed with a front-end controller model and then distributed to the appropriate page controller (action/processor) according to request mapping rule for processing. It is aimed to explore MVC-based basic data management and analysis system for new power energy with Spring MVC system as a study case. The feasibility analysis and the design of system function is made about NPE data management and analysis system based on Spring MVC in order to better manage, display and analyze the power and wind farm data in a more convenient way. Experimental results show that users can improve the efficiency and the quality of basic data treatment with expanded functions in the system. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
