The article presents a case study of of a 23-year-old man with dyspnoea and blurry vision is presented. It notes that the patient was diagnosed with hypertension for four years. The article discusses the results of the renal biopsy showing ischaemic glomeruli and shrinkage of the glomerular basement membrane, the diagnosis being malignant hypertensive renal injury and Thrombotic Microangiopathy (TMA).
