A thiophene-fused polycyclic azaborine skeleton was employed into conjugated polymers for organic field-effect transistors for the first time. Two polythiophene-type polymers were developed, which exhibited low HOMO levels and strong intermolecular interactions, leading to a hole mobility of up to 0.38 cm2 V−1 s−1. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
