The article presents a case study of a 52-year-old Caucasian man with sickle cell trait and developed severe night sweats as well as painless binocular reduction in vision. Nasal biopsy was conducted given the rarity of the disorder and the diversity of the presentation. Diagnosis of the patient revealed cauda equina syndrome due to intravascular lymphoma and treatment regime include antituberculous agents, intravenous methyl-prednisolone.
