The authors discuss on how anti-NFκB, anti- microRNA (MiRNA) might be beneficial in multiple sclerosis (MS) clinical management. They mention that progressive inflammatory neurodegeneration in MS involves NF-κB- regulated MiRNA-155 and miRNA-146a and other inducible pathogenic miRNAs. They say that to target inflammation-relevant gene expression recommend pathogenic pathways of MS might be in common with other types of human central nervous system (CNS) degenerations.
