In this paper, the sensitivity properties of optimal control problems governed by nonlinear Hilfer fractional evolution inclusions (NHFEIs) in Hilbert spaces are analyzed, with the initial state being the Riemann-Liouville integral. The contributions consist of two aspects. One is obtaining the nonemptiness and the compactness property of the mild solution set for NHFEIs, and establishing an extension of Filippov's theorem. The other is analyzing the sensitivity properties of optimal control problems related to NHFEIs depending on the initial state as well as some parameter.
