An interview with Kenton Oliver and Roberta Stevens, candidates for president of the American Library Association (ALA). When asked about the top three most important issues facing the profession, Oliver refers to the funding issues, intellectual freedom and access to information. Stevens considers the funding issues as well library's collections and services as the most important issues.
