The article provides information on a novel curriculum created to fortify third-year medical students against burnout and equip them for the challenges they face on the wards and in their future career. Topics discussed include the attitude of students toward resilience days according to survey results, the success of the initiative in engaging third-year students to discuss resilience and wellness, and the importance of framing the purpose of Resilience Days as a means to build skills.
