The article discusses topic related to the importance of basic life support (BSL) training in Great Britain. It explains that BSL can improve the outcome in cardio-respiratory collapse, however, only less than 0ne percent of the general population can effectively perform the BLS. It offers information on the assembling of medical students with interest in introducing the elements of BLS to students in local inner-city secondary school.
