The main goal of study the relativistic heavy-ion collisions at energies of accelerator facility Nuclotron-NICA (\documentclass[12pt]{minimal}\usepackage{amsmath}\usepackage{wasysym}\usepackage{amsfonts}\usepackage{amssymb}\usepackage{amsbsy}\usepackage{mathrsfs}\usepackage{upgreek}\setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt}\begin{document}$$\sqrt {{{s}_{{NN}}}} = 2{\kern 1pt} - {\kern 1pt} 11$$\end{document} GeV) is to explore the QCD phase diagram in the region of high net baryon chemical potential and moderate temperatures. The anisotropic collective flow is one of the important observables sensitive to transport properties of strongly interacting matter created in such collisions. In this work, we will briefly discuss the anticipated physics results of anisotropic flow measurements at NICA energies.
